The DNS settings are wrong Frank -

home internet routers (which I have had to learn not to pronounce as
"rooters" since arriving in Perth!) usually default to one of two
settings: 10.0.0.x or 192.168.1.x

Your network is  using 192.168.1.x, but the PS3 is trying to use
10.0.0x for it's DNS.

Set the DNS to either 'automatic' or to use 192.168.1.1 - that should
do the trick.
