RE: Sonos ZP120

That's about it...I got an email from Sonos a while ago about the 120,
with the main improvements being:

* 43% smaller
* A More powerful 55W/channel amplifier
* Extended wireless range

I guess as I tend to drive more than 1 pair of speakers from some of the
ZPs, the higher amp power is useful.

Yes 'compact' :)

Cant see anything else different - updated the desktop controller to 2.6
re-indexed the music library so something changed somewhere I guess, but
otherwise no cant spot any other differences.

Dean.

I guess by 'company' you mean compact?

Aside from having double the range, and being smaller, is there anything
else new? I'll be locating all mine in a central node zero anyway, so
size
isn't really an issue, so just trying to work out if I should find some
cheaper ZP100s on eBay, or get the 120s just because they're newer and
shiner...!

I guess the controller is due an update fairly soon, it'll be
interesting to
see what they do to that.

Pete

Just received one today - what a little cutie !!

Considerably more company than the old 100's

Not much lighter though :)

I believe UK stock arrived yesterday, so anyone waiting for ZP120's
should
be seeing them shortly from their suppliers.

Dean.
