Jim, you are right of course.
The reason I pointed to it was to show there is a different type of
turbine available (different than the rotor with straight blades that
is).
Also, according to their website, it is particularly well suited for
urban (or any turbulent) environment which is a problem for most of
the standard types of turbines, but I'm no expert in this field.
