Not many places have an average windspeed of 5.9m/s (*).  Even if you
find somewhere that does, most of the time it'll be below the 4m/s
minimum wind speed for any significant generation to take place. (10,000
kWh per year would require it to produce its max output (6kw) ~20% of
the time...)

It spins much quicker than traditional wind turbines so will probably be
noisier (not that modern wind turbines are all that noisy - wlsewhere on
their website they state 56dBA at 20m, which is certainly noisier than
some...)

18 years is one hell of a payback period. Would it even still be working
by then?
