Acapala SAPI TTS voices now available

Just got an email from Text Aloud saying that they can now sell the
Acapela TTS voices as a SAPI version (previously they were coded to only
work with the Text Aloud apps). So they should now work with general HA
apps like xAP TTS and Homeseer etc. $190 for a set:
