I got the Internet channel just yesterday and for free !!!

I know it's only a small saving, but if you register your console and any
games you buy, you collect Nintendo Stars. These can be exchanged for Wii
points at a ratio of 4-to-1. So for me, I got 1000 stars for registering
the console, 1000 stars for registering Wii Sports, 250 stars just for
setting up an account, and another 250 for registering Wii Play, giving
2500. You only need 2000 stars to get 500 points which is how much the
browser is.

Dig out the old paperwork in your Wii boxes and give it a try. I will point
out that you have to keep visiting the site as the points vouchers only
appear from time to time, and sell out very quickly. Also, you can only buy
one voucher per day. Here's the link:-
