Probably not. After analogue switch off the multiplexes are going to
rejigged, so that the main five channels should be available on
terrestrial to about the same proportion of the population that
analogue TV is now. Because the commercial channels, that occupy the
other multiplexes, aren't prepared to pay to have the transmission
network extended to give the same coverage as the main channels, these
channels will only be available to about 80% of the population.

I would guess that the channels that are moving off multiplex 2 will
reappear on another multiplex, but one that doesn't have the same
coverage.
