Sat and FM radio distribution

Hi,
I want to install Sat (not HD) and FM radio in my new house. I have
one Sky digibox but want to be able to veiw the same channel in 4
rooms and be able to change station from each room. I have been
looking at the Triax DDU to do this. Could anyone please advise if
this is the way to go or if they know a better way.
