I don't suppose I mind tooo much about dropping - 10s better than paying
for breaking the limit - but...
1: it would have been nice to be *told* that is going to happen rather
than spending ages trying to figure why I should drop in speed, wasting
moneys talking to a tech support 'person' that as soon as you mention
'router' throws it back at you saying that the router is the problem!!
2: (and probably more importantly) getting anywhere near 10 meg! I have
been lucky to get 10k at times! (even when I don't think I'm anywhere
near my new limits! - which adds a little to the 'not enough speed to
connect outside Virgin theory')


Anyways - we digress and I don't suppose its fair on the rest of the
list - so I'll leave it there :-)
