No problem, this is a very friendly group, don't think I've ever seen
a flame here!  (but I'm used to the OpenBSD groups, which takes
flaming to another level!)

I *think* you can get what you want with simply unconditional call
forwarding:

But I'm not sure of the effect on call cost, caller-id etc.
I'm sure you could get a hardware device somewhere which basically
multiplexes the two lines, but defaulted to one line for outgoing
calls - anyone seen such a thing?
