Mine's sitting here in the middle of a bunch of servers quite happily. Do
you mean another WHS? I'd still be surprised if that's the case because
multiple WHS's on the same network are supported.

No.

Win 2003 is not that much more as an OEM purchase.
Also, be careful, it won't work if there is another server on your network.
