Depends what you're wanting to achieve but you'll only get about
9Mbytes/sec
over a 100Mbit network connection anyway.
I get about 17Mbytes/sec between any drive and the Mac Mini and that's more
than fast enough to handle about half a dozen simultaneously streamed
movies.
