Have a look at <http://www.voltus.de>. They have the
Merten product
range. The Z-Wave stuff (Merten Funksystem Connect) seems not to be
ready to ship, but shippable within a week.

Other than that, Merten's homepage shows a couple of (german)
distributors. Maybe one of them is able (and willing) to ship to the UK.
