iSCSI support in a NAS box

Hi all.

This is a bit of an challenge really, I'm looking for a buffalo
terastation type size box (you know the sort 4 disk - raid /maybe/ even
caddy loaded disk) that can be plugged into the lan BUT can support
iSCSI (I believe the correct term is iScsi termination?) - I've done the
Google thing and no-one seems to be talking about it in this size box.
The big boys do drive packs that support this but they are £4500 and
rising - a little too way out of my budget!

Anyone come across such a thing?
