CAT5 patch panel.

Hi folks. Does anyone know any sources for a reasonably cheap CAT5
patch panel,
that has RJ45 sockets at the back as well as front, rather than punch
downs?

I am willing to swap one a RJ46 panel a punchdown panel if anyone is
interested in such a swap.
