WiFi <> Ethernet client unit

A fiend of mine wants to use a slingbox, but only has wifi in the
house.
I'm aware some AP's can be used as clients so any Ethernet device can be
connected to wifi without needing a card in the PC, but is there a neat,
small stand-alone unit available anywhere that will just do WiFi <>
Ethernet?
