x10 appliance module and 12v leds

I am hoping one of the electronic gurus can advise on this one.....I
have an x10 appliance module which I am using for decking led's ... There
are 2 sets using the same appliance module for switching....The bigger set
10 lamps, with 8 off led's in each actually switches off..The smaller set
10 off single led's switches off for a moment then comes back on but dimmer
than when switched off...Any suggestions for preventing this ( the
transformer is enclosed in the plug).
