I'd take a guess at 1amp at anything below about 50v...

(1amp being the maximum safe capacity of one core of CAT5 ... It'll be
2amp=

if they use two cores of course and 50v because I seem to remember that's
what phone wiring runs at and CAT5 should be OK for that.)
