Whenever I have quizzed someone about what they mean by "cold" in
regards to lighting, about 99% of the time they are referring to light
with a high colour temperature!

Low temperature lights (colder) tend towards yellows and reds (the
"start" of the rainbow.
High temperatures (hotter) are towards the blues and violets.
