I've found quite a lot of useful BL/F-type cables & connectors on
Screwfix
recently, in their electrical>-aerial section.

You can get pre-made BL-Ftype leads on CPC (if you can manage to find them
on the site ;)
I have also used ftype-ftype leads and a BL-Ftype convertor in the past.
