[OT] Market Research Survey

Just a quick survey, if you could send the replies back to me off
list, that'd be great.

I'd be gratefull if you use any of the following services, you could
let me know approx how much you pay, and how often? Also, your approx.
location (The South, Midlands, North West/North East, North, Wales, NI
or Scotland)

The services are:
Milkman
Window Cleaner
Gardener
Newsagent (paper/magazine deliveryies)
Wheeleybin cleaner (Does anyone really use these?)

I'm just getting an idea of the average price of these services
accross the country as data for some of them seems pretty scarce.
Obviously, all names etc will not be attached to any report I write,
nor will they be written to CD or posted in the internal post.
