Perhaps I'm missing something - but I believe what you're referring to
is
called a "momentary switch" or "momentary contact
switch".

If so, several are available:

I'm pretty sure my local B&Q had some in last time I was there too - -
it's
a small store, so I'd expect them to be carried elsewhere.
