This can happen, when things go wrong at an ISP.

I actually can't (won't) say much more, but if the problem can happen
once, it can re-occur - though usually would get fixed quickly, if
someone complains!

If it happens again, get in touch and I'll give my mate in BT [I'm VM,
but it's a small world ;-) ], who has "the power" to sort it.
