I've been considering looking at

http://www.tesco.com/internetphone/family/product2.html

From what I can tell it's a Siemens S450IP phone, which has the
following feature list

* Can make calls over VoIP (SIP) or a normal telephone line
* Can make two SIP calls and one PSTN call simultaneously
* Use like a normal DECT cordless phone
* Illuminated colour display with icon-based menu
* Register up to 5 additional handsets
* Handsfree speakerphone built into handset
* Features 5 polyphonic ring tones and 10 melodies
* Phone book for up to 150 numbers and names with birthday
notification

With the Ethernet connectivity no need to convert using an FXS, the
only concern of course is that the phone from Tesco is locked to
they're VOIP service.
