Dunno. How do Sky suggest this is distributed around the house?

video over Cat5
type solution works extremely well and is more flexible. E.g. I have both a
composite and HD
switcher in Node0 and distribute the various types of signals via Kat5
units. Of course
there are lots of other alternatives - I feel you may be limiting the
technology a bit -
definitely wouldn't use UHF distribution - it's soooo 1970's ;)
So, how do local TVs get their UHF for Freeview? Or do you have a Freeview
box per TV in
node 0?

older sky+ box with
freesat only (or whatever it's called). This second box is used for high
quality radio in my
Russound multi room audio system and as a second (limited channel) Sky TV
source for the
main guest bedroom. Of course all sources are available in all locations
too.

CAV6.6's feeding most
rooms. These units also support switching of a composite source along with
the stereo audio.
In conjunction with the outputs via Kat5, this gives me wall controller and
IR control of
the source kit from each connected room with the added bonus of playing the
audio through
the ceiling/wall speakers.
I'd *love* to see a diagram of this. Working it out from words is pretty
hard!
