Is anyone here the slightest bit surprised by yet another example of this
ever increasing phenomenon? I do wonder what the point is of this whole
"the
masses need to be kept in a state of constant panic"

TBH the only thing you can do is just take bets on which particular topic
will come under scrutiny next...
