RE: Rhetorical Question for the group...

Surely this is an easy question to answer without getting emotional...

If you place an order during working hours (and before any delivery cutoff
time) on Monday and it is "next working day" delivery then you
would expect
it Tuesday (i.e. processed, picked and dispatched Monday).

If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday (generally regarded as a
non-working day) instead then it will get processed (i.e. invoices and pick
lists generated, picked, packed and dispatched) on Monday with next working
day delivery meaning delivery on Tuesday.

Extend that to "five working days delivery" and your order that
is processed
on Monday now arrives on 1-Tuesday, 2-Wednesday, 3-Thursday, 4-Friday, skip
Saturday and Sunday as they're not working days, 5-Monday... (if Monday is
a
bank holiday then that's also counted as a "non-working day" and
so it'll be
Tuesday).

Simple, no?

So if you'd specified next day delivery on your order rather than 5 day
delivery when would you have expected to get it? Monday?

Yeah - that's usually the way - but you're wrong. :-D

Why? Because you can't count? :-P
