Wiring Phones into Cat5 Flood Wired Room

Hi All

After a few months work my new study is finished including 12 Cat 5
runs. I have just finished punching them down this morning. So I now
have the following all complete

12 Cat5 Wall Outlets
(http://tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/CX404R.html)
and
(http://tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/CX402R.html)

All 12 are wired back to the patch panel using T568B. All connections
have been tested and are running fine.

Now I want to wire the telephone into the CAt5 Wiring.

I am happy to use a couple of these to break back out from RJ45 to BT
Style Plugs.

I will be wiring off of the main BT box, so slave adapters will be
needed.

The telephone wiring will be run as follows

BT Master Socket
CAT5 Cable
Rear of Patch Panel (Port 24)
Cross Connection to Port 23 - Meaning 23 and 24 are both live phone
sockets
Front of Patch Panel Port 24
CAT5 Cable
Front Port 7
CAT5 Cable
Port 7 in room
RJ45 to BT Adapter
Phone

So my question is how do I wire up the following connections

1. BT Master Socket to CAT5 Cable Run
then
2. CAT5 Cable Run to Rear of Patch Panel - I can just wire this up
T568B.

Can anyone help please?

Cheers
Ben
