What's your favorite TV guide and how does it interface to what you watch ?

Umm, here is my idea and thoughts

Sky have a remote record facility (Yes I know I might be 2 years behind the
rest of you) which allows you to record channels if you have a Sky+ box.
I've not got this to work yet, everytime I go to interactive services it
errors and says "sorry disconected early" or something.

But surely with a bit of being clever any online TV guide could be used,
and
then send this information to a sky box via IR or something ?

I've just tried the yahoo tv guide, but it's not wide screen.

I don't think I've seen one better than DigiGuide but not used that since
Windows 98 days when it was free on a coverCD
