I updated to a newer XBMC over the weekend -
"XBMC-2007-04-28-PIMPED".

One of the nice improvements you get is now the top left button on cursor
pad gives you a new progress overlay.  A transparent banner with an icon of
the movie artwork, plus genre & director.  Also current time on right
hand
side like nedia center.
