Yesterday http://www.rfxcom.com has announced the
RFXMeter with the RFXPwr modules.

The RFXPwr module is a power usage metering module comparable with the
RFXPower.
The RFXMeter can have up to 3 metering modules inserted so that using
one RFXMeter with 3 RFXPwr modules a 3 phase network can be monitored.

The RFXMeter transmits the counter values at user defined intervals to
the RFXCOM USB receiver. The latest version of this receiver is able to
receive X10, Oregon Scientific, Electrisave, Domia Lite, ELRO AB600,
NEXA, KlikOn-KlikOff, ATI Remote Wonder, RFXSensor, RFXPower and
RFXMeter signals.
This is supported by xPL http://www.xplmonkey.com/ and
Homeseer
http://www.homeseer.com/ (ACRF or xAP
plug-in) and Girder
http://www.promixis.com/

To display the power usage in Homeseer use Homeseer script written by
Connoleg http://board.homeseer.com/showpost.php?p=3D759030&postcount=3D61

The RFXPwr specifications:
- Measures in steps of 1 Watt/hr.
- Maximum load 150A
- Current transformer for a cable thickness of 18mm - =BE inch
- Powered by an AC/AC adaptor (no hazardous voltage in the device)
- Counter values saved in the RFXMeter by a power loss
- The maximum count is 16777.215kWh before the counter rolls over to
zero.

The RFXMeter has a possibility to add your own electronics design for
pulse counting. (see the RFXMeter document at the download page)
The maximum value of the pulse counter is 16777215 before it rolls over
to zero.
Other metering modules will follow soon.
