Yes - that would normally be my preference too bu this is my fairly
new server with big raid etc. I'd want to stay on this hardware. I do have
other hw I can use in the process though.

Any ideas?

Personnally I wouldn't do an in-place upgrade but would build a 64bit
2007 server into the same admin group of the E2K3 server and do a move
mailbox migration
