RE: [OT] Netgear returns
If you are outside 30 days, their on-line system doesn't let you
return
anything even though they state items have a longer warranty. Their returns
page doesn't even mention anything about >30 day returns. They have no
telephone numbers to contact them and never answer e-mails.
...Which is why I was going the Netgear route, as all Amazon will do is
pass
it to them anyway as it is stated as a "Manufacturers warranty".
Anyway, I'll try to get a human on the end of the phone tomorrow via their
UK geographic number.

FWIW I have found Amazons RMA process excellent and darn site faster than
many others.
