I Used FileRecovery Professional for a friend who had
"inadvertently" formatted their HDD.  Did a great job of getting
the data even though the partitions had been rearranged, but didn't
(unfortunately) make any distinction between data that had been
legitimately deleted prior to the format and the general "wanted"
data - It recovered everything.  This left me with a difficult dilemma when
I found a bunch of webcam pictures of the 16YO daughter posing in fishnets
and lingerie for her faraway boyfriend - did the parents know they were
there?  Had they been deleted prior to the format? Should they be included
in the restore?  What would you have done.....?
