..Does TomTom6 still work OK ?

Upgrading to WM6 has been on my "to do list" for a while, but I
don't
want to do it unless TomTom will work with it.

Hi,

I finally took the plunge today and upgraded my M3100 to WM6 "Black
2.5". The upgrade process was extremly smooth, nothing unexpected,
and best of all no "hairy moments".

I can honestly say the device feels a lot smoother, navigating is
quicker and Ive had no lock ups (this far) I used to have to soft
reset at least twice a day.

Everything works as expected, sms, mms, browsing etc all ok. 3rd party
software that I use (mainly spbsoft) all function as normal.

As an added bonus, when conneceted in the car to Parrot M3100 via
bluetooth, I now get the full function dislay including battery,
signal and operator, something Ive never had before.

All in all, big hats off to the guys at xda-developers. If you've got
one of the hermes varients, Id definitely recommend the upgrade.

Stuart
