Thanks for the advice. Interesting that you had line dropping issues too
with the DG834. What I can't get my head around is why I should have a
problem now, when it's been ok since initial installation in Feb 2004.

Hi

I don't like Netgear adsl stuff (their hubs/switches are great). It's not
that I've not tried; I've had the very same adsl modem as you and it went
back to the store within 48 hours. New unit, same problem - constant line
dropping. Switched to DLINK and all my woes went away.

If you want a router with wireless, you might like the D-Link G624T. Or you
can opt for one without wireless and go for the D-Link DSL320T.

Just my humble opinion
