Thanks for the reply. Yes, the 4 way power connector was plugged in.
This is a brand new mobo as well!
The funny thing is when I measure the voltage on the PSU (no load,
using paper clip method to start the PSU) all the voltages appear
correct.
I've never seen this before. Even a system with no cpu, memory, etc.
gives at least something on the monitor!
