Well, turns out that Vista had detected my 5Si MX as a PCL printer rather
than as a postscript printer and had installed the PCL drivers - I swapped
to the Postscript drivers and that sorted it. (The 5Si MX is happy to be
driven either way - PCL or PS.)

Very odd but working now - thanks for the pointer!
