Thanks Paul, that's what I was hoping to hear.

Sorry to hear about your woes Simon. I wonder why changing the ISP has
slowed things so much, it's a BT line after all (presumably).

I'm with Orange. Customer Services isn't great, but the ADSL service
has been much better, thankfully.
