I'd agree, if people want form factors smaller than ITX, there are
plenty of
options in the embedded market - 3.5", EBX, PC/104 etc.

I wonder how much the smaller form factors are distracting them. Take the
VIA EPIA EX15000G, on paper looks like a nice board for a media pc, DVI
out,
phono sockets for audio etc., but form the reviews it doesn't seem to have
enough oomph to vide well. Surely they'd have been better building the
board
with an Intel or AMD CPU instead.
