Most PC's supporting Scart out tend to only support Composite over
Scart. The same unfortunatly applies to analogue tuner cards. I'm not
sure about the Acer.

Almost all support S-Video, so you could just try using an S-Video->
Scart Cable. But double check the cable doesn't resut in a Black &
White signal which can sometimes happen with these types of cables.

If the PC supports an ATI Radeon card, Keene Electronics produce a VGA
to Scart lead which supports RGB to 576i/p, but it may require some
fiddling around with the Powerstrip.
