The Acer Aspire i500 and i%10 have Scart out (and DVI and Component) -
it's exactly the reason I got one. I've been pretty impressed with it.
Mine is MCE 2005; I'm not sure if the new 510 has Vista or not.

Subject: [ukha_d] Vista Media Centre

Hi All

Post for a guy at work here:

He wants a media centre (XP or Vista), must be pre-built and most
importantly must have RGB Scart (Or able to convert to) as an output.

Does such a beast exist? Googling seems to produce no end of media
centre machines but all have HDMI etc and he has no Hi-Def equipment
just a 40" Panny 5 series plasma and a 23" LCD.

I guess at a stretch a mobo with the required would be OK and we'll
build one.

I know we had a media centre guy on list but cant remember who it was or
what his website was.

Rob
