Russound CAV 6.6 source naming ?

Am I right in thinking that the only way to change the default 'Source
1', 'Source 2' etc source names on a Russound Cav 6.6 is to use the
Russound Powertools software ?
Currently I use the Mainlobby CAV plugin to send source names but it's
not perfect, ideally I'd just like to rename the first 3 sources
as 'MP3' 'Radio' 'TV' and then send more info from the plugin. If
Powertools is the only way to do it, anyone have a copy I could
possibly borrow for a day or so ? I'm not keen to pay out $300
(IIRC) just to change 3 names :-0
