Re: Re: Electrisave protocol / PC Interface

My Electrisave arrived yesterday, i had been looking at them for a
little
while, but the idea of the PC interface spurred me into action :)

Does anyone have schematics for it yet they are willing to post, or do I
have to make my own at this stage (he says in a lazy manner)?

I concur with the TV standby mythbuster - my 3 TV's consume no more on
standby than when plugged (not readable by the 10's of watts that the
Electrisave shows). Also I found that my 42" plasma uses 60W, the
14" CRT TV
in the bedroom uses 50W, and the 21" LCD in my office uses 50/60W ish.
 So
this also begs the question - why are "they" considering a bigger
tax on
plasma due to their excessive power usage?

I plugged my Electrisave in at 5pm and was an Electrisave bore by 6pm :))
