AFAIK these devices are all illegal in the UK, irrespective of power
output
(stand to be corrected if anyone knows for certain otherwise!).

Their get-out disclaimer on the website is "There are laws that govern
the
use of these products in various countries".

These people have a range- I was looking at getting one and a long pole on
the car when I was working out in the sticks-
