thanks, also interesting ... looks like will have to find a way of
dealing with sunlight ... maybe some sort of shading, maybe just a
timer ...

OTOH, maybe they could be used as some sort of sunlight detector ...
'though, maybe a photocell would be better at that !

the other aspect of sunlight that might cause problems, maybe, is
UV ... how would the plastic lens  & casing fare, I wonder ...
