[OT] Digital phones - 60 phones, 1 cable

Hello,

We have a problem at work where we need to move 60 people up 2 floors
in the building, and need to move their phones (or at least the same
numbers) with them.

We can't get permission to run a load of cables to the floor via the
easy route, only some circuitous route through a load of very solid
walls, so need some other solution.

We can run a fibre cable, so data isn't a problem, and the floor has
structured cabling.

I know fibre to phone multiplexers exist, and there is also VOIP, but
the solution has to be (preferably) cheap, this is only short term,
and (definitely) easy to put in, we have very limited time and staff
resources.

The PBX we have is a nortel meridian system, and all handsets are digital.

Anyone with any ideas? I've tried google, but it hasn't been of much
help this time.

Julie
