I have four of these on my Home Server and they seem fine, so far,
with one
exception:
They have a 'soft' power button and don't come on automatically when mains
power is applied. That means that if there's a power cut, when the power
comes back, the server starts up without the drives. Not a problem for
desktop use, but an occasional PITA for me.
