I would back up the comments on the slim server. I run a Infrant
ReadyNAS - after experimenting with running the slim server on the NAS I
was so un-impressed I will be moving it to my LinITX box when that gets
rebuilt. The CPU in the NAS is run not really up to the task of running
additional software, web page refreshes where taking up to 30 seconds
and quite often caused the music playing to stutter. In the mean time
I'm saving up for a Sonos.
