Well it maxes out over a single file transfer at around 35MB/s which
is 293.6Mbps or 0.2936 Gbps - which is obviously more than three times the
effective transfer rate of 100Mbps Ethernet. These transfer rates are
limited by the disk subsystem max rates of the PC's tested.
